Erin Hatzikostas

Erin Hatzikostas is a nationally-recognized CEO and Thought Leader on Authentic Leadership. In 2019, Erin founded b Authentic inc, where she focuses on helping people and companies grow and thrive. She is a Career Coach, Keynote Speaker, Author, Podcast Host and Strategic Advisor.
Previously Erin spent 22-years in the health care industry spanning several leadership roles in areas such as international business development, provider network, operations, and strategy and product roles.
Most recently, Erin was the CEO of PayFlex, a health care financial company with approx. 1,000 employees and $2B in assets under management. In her three years leading the company, she executed a massive financial and cultural turnaround, tripling previously stagnant earnings while also skyrocketing employee engagement scores.
Erin has served on several boards, including the American Bankers Association’s HSA Council, Employers Council on Flexible Compensation and NBGH’s Global Health Benefits Institute. Erin’s leadership has also earned her a place in several prestigious organizations including Deloitte’s Women to Watch, National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) and Next Women 50. She was also co-chair for Aetna’s Women’s Leadership Alliance, a group focused on advancing women into executive roles.
Erin holds a BBA in Statistics from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. She resides in Connecticut with her husband, Manny, and their two children, Ella (11) and Mick (8). Erin is a runner, skier, basketball coach, hockey mom, and Running Man enthusiast.
